Formula 88

FORMULA 88 is the fastest electrode specially formulated with “ Thermodynamic” coating formula for cutting, gouging and piercing. FORMULA 88 not only produces a clean groove but the arc burns out grease, oil and moisture and some of the excess carbon that can produce a brittle, porous weld. FORMULA 88 cuts metal that torch won’ t touch ( cast iron and stainless steel) . FORMULA 88 is so fast that the weld area is held at the critical heat range for only a short period of time without overheating the workpiece. FORMULA 88 produces an exceptionally strong and forceful blast with no unwanted molten metal sticking or wedging on the workpiece. FORMULA 88 generates a lesser amount of smoke than conventional chamfering or cutting electrodes. FORMULA 88 can be successfully used even on AC machines. FORMULA 88 easily chamfers and cuts hard to reach places. FORMULA 88 is as versatile as a welder wants it to be.
